Terms & Conditions – Quote

1. Validity
   This quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. After this period, prices may be reviewed and adjusted.

2. Scope of Work
   The quote is based on the information and requirements provided at the time of quoting. Any variations, additional services, or changes in scope may result in a revised quote or additional charges.

3. Pricing
   All prices are provided in Australian dollars and are inclusive/exclusive of GST (as specified). Any government fees, levies, or third-party charges not included in the quote will be added to the final invoice if applicable.

4. Acceptance
   Acceptance of this quote must be confirmed in writing (by email, signed copy, or acceptance via QuickBooks). By accepting, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

5. Payment Terms
   A 50% payment is required as an acceptance of this quotation and in accordance with the terms on the invoice , rest 50% balance due on completion. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of further services until payment is received.

6. Cancellations & Variations
   If the client cancels the work after acceptance, charges may apply for costs already incurred. Client-requested variations will be subject to written agreement and may affect the overall project timeline and pricing.

7. Liability
   The company will perform the quoted work with due care and in accordance with professional standards. Liability is limited to the cost of the quoted work. The company accepts no responsibility for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Ownership of Goods (if applicable)
   Goods or materials supplied remain the property of the company until payment is received in full. Risk passes to the client upon delivery or installation.

9. Confidentiality
   Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared in the course of preparing and delivering the quoted services, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and both parties submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
